WAREHOUSE SYSTEMS

	JUNGHEINRICH: As the world's largest single branded line of the electric industrial warehouse forklift, Jungheinrich has paved the way in product innovation and has demonstrated an exceptional ability for engineering machinery that focuses on operating efficiency excellence. As an example, Jungheinrich was manufacturing and supplying effectively designed AC motor products into the market at approximately 10 years prior to most manufacturers. Jungheinrich has designed the only pneumatic profile tire reach truck in the market that provides the ability for narrow aisle operation while also allowing for freight loading and all weather, outdoor operation. The Jungheinrich warehouse forklift product range includes very narrow aisle man-up & man-down turret mast forklifts, pantograph reach trucks, moving mast reach trucks, pneumatic tire all weather reach trucks, multi directional side loading reach trucks (for long product lengths), man-up order picker (low and high level), sit-down counterbalance forklifts, standup counterbalance forklifts, ride-on and walk behind pallet jacks.

	CATERPILLAR: One of the most recognized industrial machinery companies in the world with a reputation of exceptional product support, CAT equipment lives up to the reputation customers expect. Cat's warehouse forklift is the electric sit down counterbalance forklift known for its supreme chassis design that receives exceptional operator preference, lowest cost per hour operation, all weather operation with applicable cabin options, maintenance free fully enclosed AC motors, maintenance free fully enclosed wet disc brakes, long life solid pneumatic profile tires, and preventative maintenance frequency of up to 1000 hours. Lift capacities are available from 2500 to 10,000 lbs.

	HYUNDAI: It can be argued that 90% of your warehouse forklift is steel. As one of the largest ship (ocean freight) builders in the world, Hyundai has greater access to ship grade steel than any other warehouse forklift manufacturer. This provides them with far lower costs. Most options included with Hyundai forklifts are additional costs from other manufacturers as well. Hyundai allows Leavitt Machinery to provide class leading electric counterbalance solutions for your warehousing applications.

	AISLEMASTER: This articulating front axle/mast counterbalance chassis design provides additional flexibility that other very narrow aisle machines cannot. Utilizing an articulating front axle eliminates the need to right angle turn into the rack face so the chassis length no longer dictates your required aisle width. The Aislemaster warehouse forklift increases space efficiency by 30 to 40% over standard reach trucks while also providing the ability for freight loading and outdoor, all weather operation. This can significantly reduce fleet sizes as it eliminates the need for having specific trucks for operating in rack aisles and specific trucks for freight loading or outdoor use. These units are available up to 4,400lb lift capacity in both propane and electric options.


APPLICATION SPECIFIC MODELS
The facility in which you operate represents a significant monthly cost. Using very narrow aisle machinery allows you to maximize your return on these costs by increasing the amount of inventory within your available warehouse space. We can provide units that require as little as a 65" aisle width which work with inductive line wire or rail guidance installations.
